This collaborative virtual process allows us to audit your objectives, establish a realistic budget, and define a comprehensive scope before moving into the formal Design & Management phase.
Discovery: A virtual session to review your goals, pain points, and brand objectives.
Concept & Strategy: We develop a curated design direction, spatial solutions, and preliminary budget numbers.
Refinement: A final review meeting to present a refined concept, rendering, and an actionable design proposal.
Virtual Meetings: (1) Discovery Session, (1) Presentation Meeting, and (1) Final Review Meeting.
Design Assets: A digital concept board for initial direction and (1) conceptual rendering view.
Strategic Planning: Suggested design solutions with a location plan.
Budgeting: A detailed spreadsheet with preliminary material budget estimates.
The Roadmap: A refined action plan and formal design proposal to move your project forward.
Scope: Valid for spaces up to 5,000 sq. ft. Projects are scheduled in the order consultations are processed.
Client Requirements: InspireDesign requires a floor plan and project photos for reference prior to the first meeting.
Exclusions:
This consultation does not include final finishes, technical specifications, or construction plans.
All material budget numbers are estimates; actual pricing may vary.
Physical products and construction costs are not included.
On-site meetings are available for an additional fee.
