Designing for Millenials
On April 19th, 2020 our co-founder Diana Lillo lent her design expertise to the Long Island Real Estate Revolution, a day-long seminar aimed at educating those looking to make their living in real estate, benefitting LLS. In her presentation, Diana shared how the landscape of Long Island is changing as corporations adjust their business models to attract and retain millennials and what these changes in commercial real estate mean for the residential market. She reviewed the top trends in commercial design —sustainability, connectivity, resimercial and biophilic design—and offers ideas on how they can be translated to the residential space. The Long Island Real Estate Revolution was launched by Charles Weinraub to raise funds for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) whose mission is to cure Leukemia, Lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families. All proceeds from this live event were donated to LLS. Like what you heard? Click here to email us to set up a consultation! Interested in having Diana speak at your event?
